Exercising Your Rights
To exercise any of your rights, please contact us at [email protected]. We will respond to your request within one month. In complex cases, we may extend this period by a further two months, in which case we will inform you of the extension and the reasons for it.
We may need to verify your identity before processing your request. We will not charge a fee for handling your request unless it is manifestly unfounded or excessive.
Data Protection Impact Assessments
Where our processing activities are likely to result in high risk to individuals' rights and freedoms, we conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) to identify and minimise data protection risks.
Data Breach Notification
In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify the Information Commissioner's Office within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach. Where the breach is likely to result in high risk, we will also notify affected individuals directly.
International Transfers
Your personal data is primarily processed within the United Kingdom. If we transfer personal data outside the UK, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as standard contractual clauses approved by the Information Commissioner's Office.
